Central location near tourist hotspots.
The front desk staff were extremely unresponsive, making me feel unwelcome. I had a frustrating experience when they argued about our taxi timing, disregarding our needs.

Perfect stay for a family!
Stayed here for 3 nights with the fam and it was awesome! The room was super clean and had a fridge, which we used for drinks and snacks. Plenty of power outlets for our devices too! The breakfast was nice, though would’ve liked more veggie options. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the subway, but the elevator was kinda slow during busy times.

The room was spacious and had great water pressure in the shower, which was refreshing after a long day of exploring. My room even had three windows that let in natural light and overlook the street, adding to the vibe. However, the beds were a bit stiff for my liking, making it a tad uncomfortable during the nights. Would've loved some tea-making facilities too.

The central location made it easy to explore all the vibrant streets, while the cleanliness of the room with thoughtful amenities like shower caps and individual tissues enhanced the experience. However, the breakfast seems overpriced when not included in the reservation, and the air conditioning wasn't as cold as expected, leading to uncomfortable nights. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, it would have been great if they had been more attentive to guests’ needs.
